Before 2014, our team worked at big businesses including Takealot, Estée Lauder, Amazon, and others. Our jobs were to create strategies that used traditional marketing tools like billboards, newspapers, and radio advertising. But we noticed that more people were switching over to the internet and we were no longer getting the results our executives wanted using only traditional marketing methods.

We had to act fast and think of ways to achieve the growth our executives wanted. Our research showed us a growing number of people who were using the internet were also following influencers on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. We wondered if we could create a strategy that leveraged the power that the influencers had over people. We spent millions on advertising spend to test out these modern strategies using influencer marketing tactics and it worked, driving huge return on investment and acquisition. In 2014, we quit our jobs to package these same strategies to help the local and international businesses effectively compete in the market.

 

Since then, we’ve been at the forefront of the modern marketing industry.
